At Phantom Blower, we stand by the quality, durability, and performance of our products. To ensure transparency, By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
All products sold by Phantom Blower are considered final sale. This means that once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as determined solely by our team.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction with the product’s performance, features, or specifications.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence by the customer.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, descriptions, and features before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations.
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS – STRICT TIMEFRAME FOR CLAIMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at phantomblower@gmail.com with the following:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Failure to report a damaged or defective item within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied. Phantom Blower reserves the right to determine if a defect is covered under warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is verified by our team, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement unit (same model and specifications).
- Offer a store credit for future purchases.
3. LOST OR MISROUTED PACKAGES
Phantom Blower is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misrouted packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. To prevent issues:
Customers must double-check their shipping address before finalizing the order.
If an incorrect address is provided, the package may be returned to sender, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If you experience delivery issues, you must contact the carrier directly for resolution.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY – LIMITED TIMEFRAME
Due to our automated processing system, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. However, if you need to request a cancellation, you must:
- Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Provide the order number and reason for cancellation.
Even if you contact us within this timeframe, we do not guarantee that your order can be canceled if it has already entered processing or shipping.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
5. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY – STRICT ENFORCEMENT
By purchasing from Phantom Blower, you explicitly agree to the terms of this Final Sale Policy and acknowledge that chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will be contested and considered fraudulent if they contradict our policies.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we will provide your payment provider with evidence, including:
- Proof of purchase and transaction details.
- Proof of shipment or delivery confirmation.
- A copy of this Final Sale Policy, which was agreed to at checkout.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in:
- Legal action against the individual filing the dispute.
- A ban from future purchases on our website.
- Debt collection procedures to recover lost funds.

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that:
