    •    Delivered via USPS Direct straight to your mailbox.
    •    No tracking but secured and processed with care.

2.⁠ ⁠Business Class Shipping (3 to 5 Business Days) – $9.95
    •    Tracked & Insured for peace of mind.
    •    Delivered directly to your mailbox with priority handling.

3.⁠ ⁠First-Class Shipping (24 to 72 Hours) – $19.95
    •    First-Class Tracked & Insured – skip the line, your order is processed before all others!
    •    The fastest way to get your Phantom Blower delivered securely.

 

Processing & Fulfillment Times
    •    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
    •    During peak seasons or high demand, processing times may vary, and customers will be notified accordingly.

 

Tracking & Order Updates
    •    Business Class & First-Class Shipping include tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
    •    Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking details and ensuring timely package receipt.
    •    If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Phantom Blower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

 

Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Packages
    •    Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Phantom Blower is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
    •    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer must cover reshipment costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
    •    Phantom Blower is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
    •    If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the carrier. Our team will assist, but the final resolution is determined by the carrier.
    •    If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at support@phantomblower.com.

 

No Refunds on Shipping Fees
    •    All shipping fees are non-refundable.
    •    If an order is refused or undeliverable, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

 

Force Majeure & Shipping Delays
    •    Phantom Blower is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.
    •    Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control.
